The room was larger than several other hotels in the same price range, but toiletries were minimal, and things like toothbrushes definitely aren't available in the US. The service was okay, with a shuttle available by appointment. The gym was also larger and more well-stocked than other hotels.
There's a Denny's nearby, making it convenient for eating. There's also a gas station behind, with a small supermarket that sells most basic items.
For a US hotel around $200, you can't expect much. The worst hotels in the world are in the US.

Forgot to check out but turn in keys and took shuttle to airport, beautiful place to stay, friendly staffing and drivers. Pets allowed

No complaints. It was clean although it did have that typical American hotel smell in the corridors, similar to old stale cigarette smoke. Didn't see any cockies as per previous reviews. Nothing flash on the breakfast menu. Shuttle back to DFW was handy. A couple of restaurants in walking distance.

Horrible place to stay. Charged a cancelation fee before I arrived when I never canceled. Was then told told it would take 14 days to refund. Customer service called and they contacted the hotel. Customer service were told it was a reservation fee. It was a pay on site reservation and I was told i would not be charged until check in. So someone is lying. Next day was charged a deposit fee when I already made a deposit when I checked in. Lady at front desk was not helpful and acted like she didn't care and would rather be somewhere else. Go somewhere else if you can. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I've been to some bad roach motel before.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Upon arrival, AL GASTON at the front desk was SO kind, helpful, approachable. I also heard him helping an upset customer on the phone. He was kind to her, concerned and diplomatic, never showed anything but professionalism - and firmly maintained company policies. That's excellent customer service. .. TEDDY was GREAT, helpful and also our shuttle driver. Highly recommend this LA QUINTA.

I am not sure what anyone is reviewing. This is a roach infested hotel. The whole hotel. When it was brought to attention with the roaches and baby roaches, the communication was we can give a 25 percent discount and they would have the room sprayed. I communicated the room, the majority of everyone has complained about roaches and yall acted like you didn’t know so here is the criter and I want both my nights comped. Supposedly the manager needed to call me and it’s been 6 days and nothing. So today I’ve requested the call by COB Tuesday or I’ll go legal and make the report to health department and I won’t be alone Don’t stay here. The hotel will not only be looking at next steps if they don’t call me but also the spraying of my home for roaches
